What we collect
If you send an enquiry, we receive what you type into the form: your name, your email address, and the details you choose to give us about your trip. If you write, call or message us directly we hold that correspondence.
This website does not use advertising cookies and does not run third-party tracking or analytics. Our web server keeps standard access logs, which include IP addresses, for security and troubleshooting.
Why we use it
We use your enquiry to answer it: to prepare a quotation, to plan your itinerary and to make the bookings your trip requires. If you travel with us, we use your details to run the trip and to meet park, immigration and insurance requirements.
We do not sell your data, and we do not send marketing emails unless you have asked us to.
Who we share it with
Only where your trip requires it: the lodges, camps and mountain operations you will stay with, the national park authorities, and airlines for internal flights. We share the minimum needed.
Our website and email are hosted by third-party providers who process data on our behalf under their own security obligations.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are kept for up to two years so we can pick up the conversation if you come back to us. Booking records are kept for seven years to meet Tanzanian tax and accounting requirements. Server logs are rotated regularly.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Write to [email protected] and we will respond.
If you are in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, you also have the rights given to you by the UK GDPR or the EU GDPR, including the right to complain to your national data protection authority.

Photographs on this website were taken by our guides and guests on Einoti trips. If you appear in one and would prefer it removed, email us and we will take it down.
