Terms & conditions
The basis on which we publish this website and arrange your travel.
About us
This website is published by Einoti Safaris Company Limited ("Einoti Safaris", "we", "us"), a tour operator registered in Tanzania with its office in Moshi, Kilimanjaro Region.

Enquiries, quotations and booking
Nothing on this website is an offer capable of acceptance. Itineraries shown here are illustrative starting points, and prices are given on request.
When you enquire, we send a written quotation setting out the itinerary, what it includes and excludes, the price, and the payment and cancellation terms that apply to that booking. A contract is formed only when you confirm that quotation in writing and we acknowledge it.
The full booking conditions — including the deposit required, the balance due date and the cancellation charges that apply — are set out in that quotation and confirmation. Please read them before making any payment.
Prices
Prices depend on the season, the size of your group and the camps or lodges chosen, which is why they are quoted individually rather than listed.
Park fees, concession fees and government taxes are set by the Tanzanian authorities and can change without notice. Where such a change occurs after your booking is confirmed, we will tell you promptly and explain the effect on your price.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for holding a passport valid for at least six months beyond entry, for obtaining the correct visa, and for meeting any vaccination requirements that apply to your route.
You must hold travel insurance covering medical treatment, repatriation and cancellation. For Kilimanjaro and other treks, that insurance must cover trekking and helicopter evacuation to the altitude of your route.
You must tell us in advance about any medical condition, dietary requirement or mobility need that could affect your trip.
Safety and changes to your itinerary
Your guide's decisions on safety are final. On the mountain that includes the decision to descend, which is the only effective treatment for altitude sickness.
Wildlife is wild and weather is weather. We cannot guarantee any particular sighting, road condition or view.
We may need to change accommodation, routing or timings because of weather, road conditions, park regulations or availability. Where we do, we will provide arrangements of a comparable standard and tell you as soon as we can.
Liability
We accept responsibility for arranging the services we have agreed to provide with reasonable skill and care.
We are not liable for loss or damage caused by events outside our reasonable control, including weather, natural events, civil unrest, strike action, epidemic, or the acts of authorities and third-party suppliers such as airlines.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud, to the extent that such limitation is prohibited by Tanzanian law.
Website content
We take care to keep this website accurate, but itineraries, altitudes, timings and seasonal advice are given in good faith as general guidance and may change.
All photography on this site is Einoti Safaris' own work unless noted otherwise, and the text, images and design are our property. Please do not reproduce them without permission.
Complaints
If something is wrong during your trip, tell your guide at once so we have the chance to put it right there and then.
If a matter remains unresolved, write to us at [email protected] within 28 days of your return and we will respond.
Governing law
These terms and any contract between us are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania, and the Tanzanian courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
